Zachariah Rollins
When you request an estimate, chances are you will meet Zach, the owner of Downspout. Growing up in Rhode Island and having lived across the country, he has grown to love his community here in the Ocean State. Holding his 100-ton captain’s license, he has captained charter boats, towboats, and yachts professionally for seven years across the country. It wasn’t until he bought a 1920s fixer-upper that the idea of a home service company started. When Zach isn’t building Downspout, he spends time on the water, with family and friends, or competing in the sport of weightlifting. He loves a good conversation and is passionate about the customer experience!
Dan Wert
If you’ve ever called our office, chances are you’ve been greeted by Dan, our General Manager. Dan keeps the wheels turning at Downspout, overseeing operations and making sure every customer experience is top-notch. With a quick witted sense of humor and a knack for problem-solving, Dan adds a special spark to our team. When he’s not busy making magic happen at work, Dan enjoys quality time with his wife, Alyssa, and their two lovable cats, Noah and Gracie.
Nancy Derrezo
Holding down the fort in the office, Nancy ensures that the bills are paid and the office is running smoothly, making sure the customer experience is seamless from all angles. Managing everything from payroll to HR and bookkeeping, Nancy keeps Downspout on track, so we can all rest easy knowing things are in great hands. When she’s not keeping the office in order, Nancy enjoys spending time outdoors, hitting the gym, or relaxing with her kids, Dylan and Maddison. Her dedication and positive energy are key to the success of our team!

Meet the founder
Zach here! Thanks for taking the time to dig a bit deeper into what makes Downspout tick, we are a bit different than your typical home service company.
Growing up in Rhode Island, and having lived across the country I found myself coming back home to the Ocean State. However, my journey to becoming the owner of Downspout is a bit unconventional.
I got my start in the maritime world, and still dabble in it from time to time - moving yachts for folks under the brand Along the Keel. Yet after buying my first house, a 1920's fixer-upper, I soon realized getting people to come and perform services was a bit of a challenge, and frustrating to say the least.
So with that, I took it upon myself to develop what I believe what a home service business should be, and thus Downspout was formed.
