Tiverton joined Rhode Island from Massachusetts in 1746. During the Revolutionary War, Fort Barton served as a staging point for American troops. Its earthworks still overlook the Sakonnet River today. The historic center, Tiverton Four Corners, has sixteen buildings from the 1700s and early 1800s.
Gray cedar shingle siding covers most of Tiverton Four Corners and much of the rest of town. Stone walls and open farmland surround it.
Downspout offers pressure washing, roof cleaning, and gutter cleaning throughout Tiverton. Cedar shingle siding weathers to gray naturally, but it also holds onto moss, algae, and mildew. That's especially true on roofs shaded by old trees. Stone walls and farm buildings collect grime the same way, since plain rain won't clear it. Downspout runs regular pressure washing and roof cleaning built for cedar shingle and stone. We also handle gutter service for older farmhouses that need it.
