West Greenwich is a rural town shaped more by land than by mills. The Big River Management Area covers roughly a fifth of the town with forest and wetland. The state took this land in 1966 for a reservoir that was never built. Most of the old mill village of Nooseneck was cleared in the process.
What's left of West Greenwich today sits scattered around that forest. Homes connect along Nooseneck Hill Road, the old route that once ran through the village center.
Downspout offers gutter cleaning, gutter repair, pressure washing, and roof cleaning throughout West Greenwich. Most homes here sit on wooded lots with heavy tree cover overhead. Gutters fill up with leaves, pine needles, and seed pods faster than on a cleared lot. A clogged gutter backs up at the first hard rain and sends water down the siding. That same tree cover also keeps roofs damp longer after every storm, which lets algae and moss take hold. Downspout clears those gutters and pressure washes the algae and moss off siding and roofing.
Serving West Greenwich and Its Villages
Downspout works throughout West Greenwich, from the homes around the Big River Management Area to the neighborhoods along Nooseneck Hill Road and Route 3. On wooded lots like these, regular gutter care and pressure washing matter even more.
